About  the Chapter

 

The Geordie Chapter of the Harley Owners Group, was formed in 1997. The chapter has enjoyed steady growth over the time since then and the number of members, at the last count, stood at over 300. Although based in Newcastle upon Tyne, the Chapter covers the area as far north as the Scottish border, as far south as Teeside, and west as far the Cumbrian coast. The Chapter also has a number of ex-pat members.

Chapter meetings are held on the second Monday of each month, at the Ouseburn Centre, starting at 19:30. During the summer, these meetings are usually preceded by a ride from a local beauty-spot.

Also during the riding season, there are monthly Sunday runs, and numerous other events organised by the Chapter or by Chapter members - have a look at the Events Diary to see what's coming up, and the Events Reports to find out what's been happening.
